What products do you offer?

We offer a range of products, including crystal-themed gift boxes, natural crystals, small gifts, stickers, and uplifting prints. Where do you deliver?

We are based in the UK and currently offer shipping within the UK only.

How long does delivery take, and what are the costs?

Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. In the UK, we offer 1st class, 2nd class, and 1st class signed options. You will receive a tracking number with every order.

UK Shipping times are:

• 2nd Class - Delivery in two to three working days, including Saturdays.

• 1st Class - Aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays

• 1st Class Signed - Aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays. If no one is available to sign for the package, redelivery will be attempted on the next working day.

Our shop’s cut-off times are:

• Monday-Friday: 8am - 3pm

• Saturday: 8am - 10am

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next working day.

Prices start at a flat rate of £3.50 per order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking code.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! You can request gift wrapping at checkout at no extra charge. We use our special Sprinkle Happiness gift tags, and we will include your personal gift message on the gift note. Simply add your message at checkout.

Why are crystal gift sets pricier than tumblestones?

Crystal gift sets are more than just a handful of tumblestones, they’re a complete gifting experience. They may include a jewellery pouch, a crystal information card, and thoughtful gift wrapping. The extra care and time we put into making them special is reflected in the price. Think of it as the difference between a beautiful gift and just another parcel!

Why does postage seem pricey?

We totally get it, postage can feel like a bit much when shopping for crystals. But here’s the deal: crystals come in all shapes and sizes, from tiny treasures to hefty showstoppers, and their weight can vary a lot. To keep things simple, we’ve created a flat postage policy. Add as many products as you like, and the postage stays the same!

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

As a small business, we strive to use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible, balancing sustainability with affordability. If bubble wrap is used, please note that it has been repurposed from our deliveries and is being recycled. We also print our labels and branding stickers using inkless thermal printers. Currently, we are exploring affordable alternatives for shipping and welcome any recommendations.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If an item arrives faulty, we’ll gladly replace it and cover the return postage costs. For other returns, items must be undamaged and returned within two weeks. The customer is responsible for return postage, and a refund will be issued once the product is received.

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Can I use your digital files commercially?

Yes, all our digital files can be used for both personal and commercial purposes. However, we ask that you do not resell the files digitally or offer them for free.
